Freinds and Business

It is sometimes said that friends should never do business together because it may affect their friendship. I agree with the saying that friends should never involve in business.
Friends share a common understanding irrespective of gender, race, class and personality. While friendship is developing relationships, business is developing money. Friends make time to share their emotions with each other but business take time as money. Friends give moral support and motivate to achieve each other in order to achieve goals but business develops ambitious personality which ends in breaking up of business and friendship later.

Business is more of idealistic, systematic and professional. They look into the mechanisms of money transactions in every thought process. Business demands to make logical decisions but friendships are based on emotional based decisions. Friends exchange care and love. Friends accept each other how they are and are like minded. Friends can even share confidential information and can put all the trust but in business, it is always questioned along with commitment levels and ownership investment.

Friends do not mind spending money for each other when there is necessity but in business, each penny is accountable. There is no money expenditure without the other person consent. Working together on business tends to arising expectations like hard work, expenditure and allocation of funds. Decision making on any business activity collides on their power in the process. In addition, ego of superior and inferior will make way in their day to day business activities. Friends do not have these differences in opinion. Friends think they are one and know the acceptance level when there is any decision making.

Nevertheless, it is not always correct to say that friends close up with troubles. If one can come into terms and agreeing to work along, for instance, time and financial adjustments, deciding on who can take in charge of the business in making final decisions for the company and drafting and abiding to a written agreement will help working as a system and reduce any misunderstandings in the near future.
